Document Storage - having put the correct legal documents in place you should ensure that they are stored in secure conditions. For a one off fee, the will and any other important documents can be locked safely away until such time as they need amending or are called into use. Amendments can be carried out without cost in many cases.

Civil Partnerships - in practice, most civil partnerships revoke an existing will and so it is vital that a new will is drawn up. Intestacy procedures apply in the case of civil partnerships but there are also now opportunities for IHT planning etc.
