In many cases getting your own solicitor to do the legal work allows you to secure the best possible rate from the lender and our service is typically knocking between £100 and £200 off of standard solicitors quotes.....
A crucially important issue when remortgaging or buying a property is the legal work required. As mortgage advisers we've seen clients receive both good and bad service from the legal profession.
Conveyancers can cost a lot of money and it therefore pays to shop around but Contractor Financials appreciates that our clients are extremely busy people and often won't have time to look for the best deal available. We have decided to help Contractors avoid the lottery of finding good specialist help by launching our own Solicitor Finder. We can now access a panel of providers on your behalf, enabling us to find you the best choice of solicitor by price and/or location.
With the credit crunch impacting on the cost of many mortgage schemes the last thing any of us need is to be landed with exorbitant legal fees and we are typically cutting substantial amounts off of the quotes that clients may have received elsewhere. For additional peace of mind we can also offer a no completion, no fee service which, in these current difficult times for the housing market, can be of real benefit and perhaps allow you to make a speculative bid for a house that wouldn't otherwise have been risked.
We will provide you with a quick, easy to understand and accurate quote which will be emailed through to you with all costs listed so that you can decide which firm you wish to use. If we are processing a mortgage or re-mortgage for you we can send your ID verification to the Solicitor on your behalf which will save you wasted time and/or postal costs.
All communication can be made via a dedicated website so there are no unnecessary phone calls needed from you to the solicitors. An additional advantage is that we will also be able to monitor the progress of your case on line. There is also a comprehensive explanation to the buying process available on line which is particularly useful for first time buyers.
